Yearbook Distribution & Signing

The 2024-2025 pre-purchased yearbooks will be distributed to upper school students (7-12) in their classrooms on Friday, May 16th

The 2024-2025 pre-purchased yearbooks will be distributed to grammar school students (K-6) in their classrooms on Monday, May 19th

**There is only a small number of yearbooks left – they’re being sold until we run out, so don’t delay! Yearbooks cost $40 each.

Due to few quantity, orders are now in-person only to pay with cash (exact) or check (made out to EVCA) please CALL FIRST the front office between 8am-1pm M-F

Grammar Yearbook Signing, Tuesday May 20th: Mrs. Turner will be hosting a grammar school yearbook signing party in the courtyard, during the school day. (Students will be provided an autograph sheet if they did not purchase a yearbook.) This signing party gives the grammar students the chance to mingle amongst their friends within their same grade + some different grades as well!

Please make sure students bring their yearbooks with them on that day, have them write their name in their yearbook/autograph book beforehand. Please have students bring a pen for signatures.  Students WILL NOT be signing t-shirts or writing on their person.

Upper Yearbook Signing, Thursday May 22nd: Upper school students will be released within the school day as a group to sign yearbooks after finals have completed. (Students will have the option to use an autograph sheet if they did not purchase a yearbook.)
