Ms. Jessica Ramirez

Jessica graduated Cum Laude from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) with a Bachelor’s degree. Demonstrating a broad range of intellectual interests and a well-rounded academic foundation, her studies spanned Elementary Education, Religious Studies, and Business. This unique combination of disciplines provided a strong pedagogical foundation, cultural insights, and organizational skills. Before entering the classroom, Jessica established a career in corporate leadership and operational management. She served in critical Call Center Management roles for high-profile organizations, including State Farm and the National Research Center for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). In these positions, she honed her skills in leadership, communication, strategic problem-solving, and team development. Driven by a profound desire to make a direct, meaningful impact on the future, Jessica chose teaching as a second career. She transitioned from the corporate world to the classroom out of a deep-seated belief that educating others is a vital calling. Today, Jessica remains fully dedicated to the field of education, bringing real-world experience, leadership, and passion to inspiring the next generation of lifelong learners.
