Fourth Grade Instructor
Mrs. Farmer is an experienced teacher who is dual licensed in Elementary Education as well as PreK-12 Mathematics. She has taught both middle school math and fifth grade for 8 years prior to joining the EVCA family, bringing a strong foundation in instructional strategies, and making math fun and applicable to the real world. This is her second year at EVCA, having taught fourth grade, Algebra I, and Pre-Calculus/Trigonometry last year.
A proud graduate of New Mexico Highlands University, Mrs. Farmer is passionate about helping students discover their potential. She especially enjoys witnessing those “lightbulb” moments when students grasp new concepts and skills, and everything just clicks—experiences that continually fuel her love for teaching.
Mrs. Farmer grew up in Mesa, Arizona, but now calls the East Mountains home. She lives there with her husband and two awesome boys, who also go to EVCA. When she’s not at school, you’ll probably find her singing on her church’s worship team, baking something delicious, or hanging out with her family.
She’s all about learning, community, and making a difference—and she’s thrilled to be part of the EVCA family!
