Literature Instructor
Mrs. Stubbs joined the EVCA community in 2021. She graduated from the University of New Mexico in 1989 and has used her English degree and history minor to teach at Moriarity Middle School, APS, and various charter schools. She extended her learning by twice attending the National Writing Project with separate focuses on writing in English classes and writing in history, and in 2023 she completed her MS in Curriculum and Instruction. Her hobbies include ordering surprise drinks from coffee shops, researching oddities of New Mexico history, joining her husband on home projects and outdoor activities, and keeping up with the lives of her three adult children, their spouses, and her first grandchild.
