Hello families of EVCA! The annual Great Traditions BBQ is coming up and we still need donations for our raffle baskets! Below you will find a list of basket themes that are put on by grade/department. You are welcome to donate items to more than one basket if you feel you are able. Baskets are to be completed and turned in by staff on October 28th – so your items are due sooner than that! Send your donations with your students or drop them off at the front office.
KINDER: MOVIE NIGHT- What makes a great movie night? Popcorn, candy & movies
of course!
1ST GRADE: ART SUPPLIES- sketchbook, charcoal pencils, oil & acrylic paints, oil
pastels, canvasses, and maybe an easel will get the artist started.
2ND GRADE: COFFEE & TEA – Bring the Coffee Shop and/or Tea Party home.
3RD GRADE: SPA DAY – foot soaking tub, bubble bath, aroma therapy, everything for
a relaxing spa day.
4TH GRADE: THE HAPPY CAMPER – Tent- check, Chairs-check, Lanterns-check,
Smores Kit-check. Anything & everything for a fun camping trip!
5TH GRADE: ITALIAN DINNER NIGHT – Pasta serving dishes High-end pastas, a
variety of sauces, non-perishable anti-pasta, Italian restaurant gift cards.
6TH GRADE: STAYCATION – Local weekend accommodations, restaurant/movie
theater gift cards,
7TH GRADE: THE CRAFTER- The ultimate prize for Quilters, Knitters, Scrap-bookers,
Seamstresses, Jewelry-makers , Needle-pointers and more!
8TH GRADE: LEGO MANIA – Anything and Everything LEGO related. LEGO kits, LEGO
storage, LEGO books, even adults like Legos.
9TH GRADE: FREEDOM BASKET: Everything patriotic and USA related!
10TH GRADE:
11TH GRADE: LOTTERY TICKET BASKET: Someone may win with this assortment of scratch
tickets up for bid!
12TH GRADE:
STUDENT SERVICES: CHRISTMAS IS COMING: Christmas ornaments, wrapping
paper, village buildings, seasonal decor. Make someone’s holiday season merry and bright!
