Parent/Teacher conferences are being held on Friday, October 18th. There is NO school for students this day.

Book a conference with your student’s teacher(s); you should receive information from your student’s teachers on how to book with them, or send them an email to inquire if your student needs a conference for their class. (See theevca.com/directory for out staff email list). Offices will be open normal hours, 7:30-3:30.

*note: not every student will need a conference on their behalf and likewise not every family will be able to attend a conference on this date. Please communicate closely with your student’s teacher(s).
