Discrimination Prohibited

The EVCA does not discriminate against any individual because of race, color, national origin, ancestry, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation or gender identity, spousal affiliation, veteran status, disability, physical or mental handicap or serious medical condition, or any other category protected by law in enrollment, employment, or other participation or access to school programs and activities.

If you believe that you have been the recipient of a discriminatory act, please contact the appropriate individual listed below to obtain information on filing a grievance.

Designation of Responsible Employee

For student-related disability and discrimination or homeless issues, the EVCA Student Services Director has been designated as the employee responsible for handling inquiries regarding Title IX of the Education Amendments, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), and the McKinney-Vento Homeless Education Assistance Act, including student and family rights information, accommodation requests, complaint procedures, or other inquiries regarding participation or access to school programs and activities:
