The Estancia Valley Classical Academy takes its mission to preserve America’s Founding Principles and to provide students a rigorous, content rich classical education very seriously. The EVCA Governing Council is essentially the school board for EVCA and is responsible for ensuring that the school adheres to its mission.
The Governing Council of the Estancia Valley Classical Academy holds regular meetings on the third Thursday of every month. Each meeting is held at the EVCA campus in Independence Hall at 6:00 pm. If this time or location changes, it will be noted in the meeting posting to the left.
The Governing Council of the EVCA holds meetings in accordance with the New Mexico Open Meetings Act. Governing Council meetings are held at the EVCA campus in Independence Hall. If you would like to have a copy of a prior Agenda or Minutes, please contact the EVCA office and we will provide it to you.

GC Meetings & Postings
The Governing Council of the EVCA holds meetings in accordance with the New Mexico Open Meetings Act. The Regular meetings are generally held on the second Thursday of every month. Unless otherwise specified, meetings are held at the new EVCA campus in the library, at 6:00 pm. The easiest way to access this after school hours is to park around back and enter through the exterior double-doors of the library. If this time or location changes, it will be posted here.
