All EVCA families– You are invited to “Come and See: A Glimpse into a Classical Classroom,” presented by University of Dallas, on August 8th at 6:00pm in the EVCA GYM. In this parent-focused session, EVCA and University of Dallas Presenters demonstrate some of the key teaching approaches in classical education. Parents will experience lessons and will be walked through what happens, what they can do at home to support their child’s formation, and why this approach to teaching is important, formative, and joyful. Through this session, parents will learn basic terminology of the classical liberal arts tradition. Following the University of Dallas presentation, EVCA administration will discuss expectations and answer family questions.
We’re very excited for this upcoming 2024-2025 school year and can’t wait to see you all again!
