Students who perform at 4pm: Should plan on wearing their performance attire to school (or they have the option to wear their school uniform, or they can coordinate a ‘change-at-the-end-of-the-day’ option with their student’s homeroom teacher if necessary/available. 4pm performers should expect to stay with their class after school, and you will see them in Independence Hall at their performance time. Please send an extra, simple snack for your student for after school.
Students who perform at 4:45pm and 6:00pm: Should wear their school uniforms to school and be picked up after school. 4:45 performers should return approximately 15-20 min before, and 6:00pm performers should return between 5:30-5:45pm before their scheduled show time and enter through Independence Hall on the East side of the school. 4:45 and 6:00pm performers cannot stay on EVCA campus after school- they need to exit campus as normal and arrive back for their performance.
Please keep in mind to arrive a few minutes early to park and find your seats – our concerts commonly start right on time in order to keep schedule and are not scheduled for very long. Please plan on parking on the East side of the school (The Student Parking Lot) just outside of Independence Hall, to enter and exit Independence Hall directly. Follow Lane #2 from the South side, to the East side of the school to the Student Parking Lot. Please do not enter through the front office as it will be closed.
