As our school year is now in full swing, our after school clubs are starting. Our club leaders do their best to communicate with the front office and the homeroom teachers of their participants.
Parents: Please send your own notification to your child’s teachers of the EVCA after school activities that they are involved in. Send an email to your child’s teacher with your student name, the club they are joining, and the days of the club.
Please note, that your child’s teacher will be under the impression that your student will continue to always attend this club and that is where they will be sent when school is over. If there is ever a change in plans, whether it be a temporary one-time-thing or indefinitely, you need to notify your child’s teacher of the changes (in addition to the club leader) so they can be aware.
